Happy New Year!

The health office hours are 8:05 AM to 3:15 PM and the school nurse can be reached at (508) 487-1558, extension 205.

Absences: If your child is going to be absent from school, please call the health office by 9:30 AM to report the absence.

Medication: No child is allowed to carry or have medication (prescription or over-the-counter) on his/her person. If your child needs to take medicine, please contact the nurse for the proper proceedure.

Fluoride Administration - Fluoride is administered to the students who have signed up for the program on Thursday mornings. The flavors available are: Orange, Grape, Root Beer, Bubble Gum, and Spearmint.

Fourth Grade Physicals - Physical examinations are required for all fourth grade students.  Dr. Joely Edwards, Outer Cape Health Services, is the school physician and physical exams are conducted in the Spring for those students who sign up. If your child has had an examination from their own physician, please send a copy to the Health Office so that it can be added to their health record
