Homeless Prevention Council

​At no cost to clients HPC's skilled case managers provide:  access to housing programs and funding, budgeting assistance, connections to community resources, fuel assistance applications and if appropriate, assistance in pursuing job training or educational opportunities.  Call 508-255-9667 or visit their website at www.hpccapecod.org
Lower Cape Outreach Council

In addition to sponsoring the Food Pantries located in the 8 towns that make up the Lower Cape and Outer Cape, the mission of LCOC is to provide emergency assistance of food, clothing and financial support to the residents of these communities.  The dedicated case managers at LCOC also provide follow up services and support in the areas of employment and education.  They can be reached at 508-240-0694 or visit their website at lcoutreach.org

A non-profit resource, referral and education center located in Eastham, MA that provides:  
Family support consultations
Lower Cape emergency childcare tuition assistance
Parent education and support groups
Information and referrals
Playgroups

Family Support specialists are available to help families meet their basic needs and discuss child development / behavior strategies.
