On May 31, TCS students got some dirt under their nails as they participated in the Student Council Service Learning project:  FLOWER POWER!  Meg Royka, from the Truro Public Library, brought the planters, soil, and flowers.  TCS students learned about different types of annuals and then designed a planter.  Their colorful creations are on display on the south side patio of the Truro Public Library.

The idea for the service learning project "blossomed" as a way to say "thank you" for all that the Public Library and the Friends of the Public Library do for TCS students.
