Hello TCS Students, Families, and Staff!

I am very excited to be your new principal and to meet you soon.  I am really looking forward to getting to know each of you as we start the new school year.  Here is a little information about me:

The 2021-2022 school year will be my 17th year as an educator.  For the past five years, I have had the privilege of serving as the principal at Marguerite E. Small Elementary School in West Yarmouth.  M.E. Small is a wonderful PreK-Grade 3 school with an average enrollment of 275 students.  I have been very proud of the work that I accomplished in building a positive school culture and engaging families from diverse backgrounds in the school community.

Prior to working at M.E. Small I served as the Assistant Principal at Station Avenue Elementary School and was also an instrumental music teacher at John Simpkins Elementary, Mattacheese Middle School, and M.E. Small for grades 4-8.  I hold a Master’s Degree in Music Education from the University of Hartford, and Bachelor of Music Education from SUNY Potsdam, Crane School of Music, and have completed the LEAD Program at Bridgewater State University to obtain my Principal certification for grades PreK through 8.

I live in Dennis with my wife Stephanie and my four children who range in age from from two to nine.

I hope to have some opportunities for an in person meet and greet soon!  In the meantime, please feel free to contact me with any questions or just to say “Hi!”
