Senior Reading Buddies…now open to 4th Graders! Three TCS fifth grade students have completed their third session of our weekly “read alouds” to residents of Seashore Point as part of a Community Service partnership program with Truro’s Public Library. The program is open to all TCS students in grades 4, 5 & 6 and we are actively seeking other students who may be interested in participating during the month of March. Students meet with seniors every Thursday from 4:00-4:30. Please talk with your student and if they are interested contact Mr. Davis davisb@truromass.org
Open Strings: Listen, sample, learn and enjoy…..We have openings for students who are interested in listening to and/or trying the cello. You may attend once, twice or more! A former student from TCS (Saskia Keller) who currently attends NRHS has volunteered to offer TCS students with an opportunity to experience the cello. She is available Monday afternoons at 4:00 PM and all students are welcome. If you might be interested and/or if you have any questions please feel free to drop an e-mail to Mr. Davis davisb@truromass.org
